The first DVD which is 2 hours long is aimed at students that haven’t played a guitar before but it’s also aimed at people who used to play guitar and want to start playing again and need a refresher course. This DVD covers some basic progressions meaning a sequence of chords used up to make a song come to life. Marty takes you through some famous chord progressions as well as some strumming & rhythm patterns.

Being at the start of your journey makes learning via DVD the perfect choice, why? Because you have the ability to stop start the course and go at your own pace. Starting to learn the guitar takes time and one that could prove to be an expensive hobby if you have professional lessons. This DVD is basically a follow up from DVD 1 and is also about 2 hours long. Marty starts to add in some extra material though in the form of power and bar chords meaning that as you finish disk 1 you’ll be learning something new in disk 2 to help develop your guitar playing skills. Learning power and bar chords is a very powerful step to learn in guitar playing and one that can open up a whole new world in your playing.

As you progress through your lessons this DVD allows you to add a different genere into your style of play. Marty is joined on the DVD by Bob Ryan and together they go through some of the most popular country songs ever and break them down into manageable chunks.

GuitarJamz DVD 4- Inspired Blues DVD

Smilar to the country guitar lesson, Marty takes you through some popular blues songs. You’ll also learn some cool blues licks along the way to impress your friends with.
